Who handles your data
Stratosphere FZE, Dubai, UAE, is the operator responsible for personal information processed by SoulOS AI.
Information we process
Account email and authentication information; name, birth date, birth time and city; calculated location, timezone and chart; language, life context and goals; saved reports, feedback, advisor messages and memory summaries; plan and usage records. Crisis-related conversations may contain sensitive information. Avoid sharing information you do not want processed.
Purposes and legal basis
We process information to operate your account, calculate your chart, generate and store content, maintain conversation context, enforce usage limits, and protect service security. We rely on providing the requested service and legitimate security interests where applicable; optional waitlist emails rely on your consent. Where required, sensitive data processing requires a lawful additional basis.
Service providers and international processing
Lovable Cloud provides account and data infrastructure. AI requests pass through Lovable AI Gateway to Anthropic and include relevant chart factors, profile context and conversation content. Providers may process information outside your country, including outside the UAE. Applicable data-transfer safeguards must be established before public launch. Live payments are not enabled; test checkout, if connected, may process test customer details through Stripe.
Russia waitlist
If you opt in, we store your email, selected language, Russian payment region, consent and signup time to notify you when payment becomes available. Joining is optional and does not create a paid subscription. Do not submit real payment-card details in a test environment.
Retention and security
Account content is retained while needed to provide the service; longer retention may be required for security or legal obligations. Waitlist information is retained only for the payment-launch notification purpose. Access controls restrict personal account records to their owner. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and withdraw optional consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. A dedicated privacy contact and request channel must be published before public launch; this draft does not invent contact details.
