Operator and agreement

SoulOS AI is operated by Stratosphere FZE, Dubai, UAE. By creating an account and accepting these terms, you agree to these conditions. These terms apply to your use of SoulOS AI.

The service

SoulOS AI provides AI-generated self-reflection content based on the information you submit, including birth details and life context. Interpretations are not established facts or predictions. AI can make mistakes; evaluate content independently.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure, and do not use another person’s account. Do not submit another person’s private information without permission. You retain ownership of the information you submit.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, abuse, unauthorized access, or interference with the service. We may restrict access for misuse, subject to applicable law.

Membership and payments

International monthly prices displayed are Seeker $19, Architect $49 and Visionary $99. Payment checkout is not currently available. Test transactions, when available, do not charge real money. Russian payment plans are not available for purchase. Any future live checkout must display its renewal, cancellation, tax and refund terms before purchase; displayed prices alone do not create a subscription.

Limits and liability

For self-reflection and entertainment. Not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on SoulOS AI for emergencies or consequential decisions. No guaranteed result is offered. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. Service availability and features may change. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before taking effect where required by law. UAE law applies, without removing any mandatory consumer protections applicable to you.
